He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Ernest and Maggie Peters (Woods); and his siblings, Melvin, Cloyd Peters and Betty Overby.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Peters of McCook; his daughters, Michelle Donovan (Patrick) of McCook and Meloney McVicker of Omaha; his grandchildren, Paxton, Beka McVicker of McCook, Alex, Taylor Donovan of Firth and Jake McVicker of Rapid City; and his great grandchild Emery Nova McVicker of McCook.
