He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Ruf and Margalee Ruf (Lyons); his grandparents, Walt, Garnet Lyons, Henry, Sr. and Mary Ruf; and his siblings, Rachel Fredrick, Rex Solomon, Ken Van Duyne, Pail Kolman, Mark Hankins and Chuck Brashears.
He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Brashears, Deanna Hankins, David Ruf (Margaret), Nancy Van Duyne, Danette Fanders (Gary), Cindy Bolin (Jeff), Tammy Solomon and Clauida Fredricks (Rick). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:20 AM at the Wilsonville United Baptist-Christian Church (123 Main St, Wilsonville, NE 69064).
Memorials are suggested to the Wilsonville Cemetery or to a charity of the Donor's choice.
