It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Roberts of McCook, Nebraska, who passed away on December 20, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold and Anna Roberts (Hackenkamp); his son Thomas; his sister Everlyn Truck; his son-in-law Stephen Conder; his brother-in-law Captain Richard T. Thomas; and his granddaughter Amy Jo Stone.
He is survived by: his wife Aggie Robets of McCook, NE; his children, Loretta Conder of Raton, NM, Donna Stone of McCook, NE, William Roberts (Bill) of McCook, NE, Richard Roberts (Diane) of Alamosa, CO and Jim Roberts (Carrie) of McCook, NE; and his sisters, Marion Thomas of Pensacola, FL and Dorothy Kiel of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
Memorial Contributions, in lieu of flowers, are to be designated to the St. Patrick Catholic School PO Box 1040, McCook, NE 69001; or McCook Humane Society PO Box 13, McCook, NE 69001.
