She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Haarberg and Elise Haarberg; her daughter Joni Marie Clapp; her parents-in-law, Wendell Polly and Eunice Bodeman; and her siblings, Harry Haarberg, Eldon Haarburg, Vicktor Haarberg, Erma Sueflow, Marlies Gauger and Harlan Haarberg.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Eugene Polly; her children, David Polly (Karla) of McCook, Rhonda Polly of Pueblo, Jeff Polly (Elaine) of McCook and Sarah Hoehner (Chris) of Kearney; her grandchildren, Heather Jones (Garret), Nick Kostos, Retha Wood, Sara Wood, Elise Polly, Logan Polly, Julia Clark (Kyle), Nicole Teten (Alex), Kellsey McMahon (Andy) and Trevor Hoehner; and her great grandchildren, Landyn, Korbyn, Nolan Jones, McKenzie Farr, Victor Giron, Emersyn Brown, Evelyn, Asher Clark, Corb, Roy Teten and Callahan McMahon. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
