He is survived by: his wife Sherly Brunswick of McCook, NE; his children, Duston Jefferson (Stephanie) of Curtis, NE, Scott Brunswick (Dana) of Alaska, Adam Brunswick of Lincoln, NE, Dale Brunswick (Josie) of Trenton, NE and Madyson Carlton (Vernan) of Kansas; his sister Lorraine Masonheimer (Chet) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his niece Dani Wassmer.
Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, are to be donated to donor's choice in Dwayne's name.
