He is survived by : his mother Kay Lucille Hines (Ulrich) of Palisade, Nebraska; his fiancée Carrie Allen; his children, Michael Miller, Marcus Allen of McCook and Sara Jenkins of Saint Anthony, Idaho; his grandchildren, Kyleean, Tinley and Zaylee; and his siblings, David Hines of Beaverton, Robert Hines of Vernonia, Dawn Scott (Shawn Frank) of Vernonia and Kenneth House of Hillsboro, Oregon..
