She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Loomis; her son Scott; her parents, Elmer Ward and Jessie Ward (Bratt); her siblings, Robert Ward (Ruth) and Jeanne Yohe (Harold); her parents-in-law, Reed Sr. and Lela Loomis; her brothers-in-law, Lamoine McKillip, Edwin Loomis (Neva), Reed Jr. Loomis (Vonda), Donald Loomis and Ronald Loomis; and her niece Carla McKillip.
She is survived by: her sons, Benjie Loomis (Marie) of Maywood, NE and Danny Loomis (Jackie) of Maywood, NE; her sisters, Betty McKillip of McCook, Irene Oglesby (Richard) of Sherman, TX and Becky Busboom (Richard) of Dannebrog, NE; and her sister-in-law LeVerda Loomis of Arvada, CO. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Hayes County Volunteer Fire and Rescue in Hazel's name.
