She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wiley and Birdie Wiley (Toel); her husband Robert Fossum; and her siblings, Dorthy Wiley and Jack Wiley.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Helm (Mike) of Norcatur, KS, Beverly Starman (Steve) of Oakdale, NE and Bob Fossum (Lyn) of Oakley, KS; and her siblings-in-law, John Fossum of Surprise, AZ and Clarice Fossum of Camas, WA.. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gobber Funeral Home (121 N Penn Ave, Oberlin, KS 67749). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Oberlin Cemetery North Martin (1006 E Ash St, Oberlin, KS 67749).
