It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Acton of McCook, Nebraska, who passed away on April 10, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Norma departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Norma may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Norma leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur T. Steele and Beulah F. Steele (Hendershot); and her siblings, Hazel Jessee (Harold), Dorothy Confer (Merle), Doris Jean Piech (Ed), Marion Elliott (Ernest), Arthur Dale Steele and Billie Steele (Jean).
She is survived by: her husband Duane E. Acton of McCook, NE.
