She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Kelly and Louise Kelly; her son David Scott; and her husband Dale Poore. She is survived by: her son Daniel Dean; her granddaughter Ashley (Robbie Kyrklund) of Elgin, AZ.; her daughter-in-law Mary Anne Poore of Cozad, NE.; her grandsons, John (Athena Poore) of Omaha, NE, Mark (Cailin Poore) of Phelps, WI, Matt Poore of Hastings, NE, Luke (Jenny Poore) of Minden, NE and Caleb (Anna) of Albion, NE; her sister Patricia Hoehner of Kearney, NE; and her sister-in-law Jeanette Poore of Lincoln, NE.
Because of Peggy's passion for teaching, memorials are suggested to McCook Education Foundation on behalf of McCook Public Schools for the betterment of McCook Elementary Schools, 700 West 7th St, McCook, NE 69001.
