He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald W. Awtry and Doris B. Awtry (Nelsen); and his brother Dennis Awtry. He is survived by: his sister Sandy Foran (Dick) of North Platte, NE; his nephews, Michael Fries and Joseph Awtry; his niece Dana Case; and his close friend Elaine Wells of McCook, NE.
