As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Wayne Eric may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wray Emrich and June M. Emrich (Kleckinger); his wife Pam Boyd; his daughters, Nichole Emrich of McCook, NE and Heather Harris (Derek) of Kearney, NE; his siblings, Wray Emrich (Patricia) of South Carolina and Linda Blake of Indianola, NE; and his grandchildren, Gavin Ryleigh and Makenslee Harris.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carpenter Breland Funeral Home (305 W C St, McCook, NE 69001). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested in Wayne's name to be designated at a later date.
