He is survived by: his wife Kathy Knudsen; his children, Christopher (Tanya), Josh (Jodi) and Samantha Howell (Nick); his stepdaughters, Amber Judah (Matt), April Marquez, Nicole Wallace and Sarah Mahoney; his grandchildren, Kelly, Braydon, Calvin, Isabella, Charlie, Link, Helen, Merlin, Max, Crow Marquez, Jupiter Galloway and Emily Mahoney; and his brother William Knudsen (Julie).
