Though John may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Esch and Lorena Esch (Grundmayer); his son Jeffrey J. Esch; and his sister Dianna R. Esch. He is survived by: his wife Violet Esch; his son Jim Esch; and his sisters, Mary Holland (Paul) and Kathy Duryea. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Any memorials are suggested to be made to the Merna Rescue or the Merna Volunteer Fire Department.
