He is survived by: his wife Beth Hoffman of Friend, Nebraska; his daughter Jenny Frevert (Brad); his granddaughters, Lila of Seward, Nebraska, Violette of Seward, Nebraska and Dottie of Seward, Nebraska; his son Joe Hoffman (Jessica); his grandchildren, Dean of Hoyt, Kansas, Heath of Hoyt, Kansas and Catherine of Hoyt, Kansas; his son Dustin Hoffman (Mollie); his grandson Myles of Hoyt, Kansas; and his cousins, Dean and Danny Hoffman. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
