He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Russell and Valorie Russell of Haig, Nebraska.; and his sisters, Dottie Freouf and Gwen Johnson. He is survived by: his nephew Daryl Freouf of Garden City; and his great-niece Lily.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church (3102 Ave D, Scottsbluff, NE 69361).
