He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Ussery and Robert M. Knoles (Robert); his brother Dennis Knoles; and his in-laws, Byron Morse, Melvin, Ruth Dodge, Eugene Dodge, Cynthia Dodge, Kathleen Dodge, William Covington and Melba Vick.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Dodge (Warfield); his children, Paula Fox (Bill), Brenda Miller, Kathy Schreiner (Jason), Rob Warfield (Kim), Kevin Knoles (Jeannie), Tonya Appel, Tina Morse and Kory Knoles (Kristy); his brother-in-law Kenneth Dodge (Marilyn); his brother Dave Knoles; and his former wife Margaret Louise Mattley. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
