She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Lee Petersen (Lauren); her nieces, Erica Jensen (Kyle) and Patricia Schmidt; her granddaughters, Hailey, Jenna, Kristen, Sydney and Jada; her stepgrandchildren, Jordan, Riley, Cody, Carson and Megan; her husband Boyd Lee Petersen; and her siblings, Larry Schmidt (Elena), Chris Schmidt (Christine), Nancy Pfannenstein and Susie Schmidt.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 109 N Colorado Ave, Minden, NE 68959.
