She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Holmes and Helen M. Holmes (Ohmberger); her husband Donald E. Smith; her daughter Kimberly; and her sister Bonnie Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Kyle Smith, Kirk Smith (Susanne) of Mesa, AZ and Kristy LaPuma (Sam) of Minden. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
