We announce the death of Leon R. Stadler of Minden, Nebraska, who passed away on July 25, 2026, at the age of 88. Leon will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Neleigh Stadler and Alveda Stadler (Rodine); his siblings, Merlyn Stadler (Caroline) and Dale Quadhamer; and his brother-in-law Warren Bjorklund.

He is survived by: his wife Val Jean of Minden; his sons, Sam Stadler (Tammy) of Minden and Steve Stadler (Jacque) of Minden; his grandchildren, Jordan Stadler (Sarah), Riley Stadler (Lauren), Neale Goldsberry (Garrett), Sydney Bolin (Chase) and Cody Stadler (Nikki); his stepgrandchildren, Landon Troyer (Taylor) and Lacey Dalton (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Jackson, Dawson Stadler, Brixten, Sutton, Huxson, Reesyln Stadler, Chet, Waylon Goldsberry and Atlas Stadler; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Bradleigh, Ledger Troyer, Logan and Collins Dalton; and his siblings-in-law, Gib Quadhamer (Judy), Sylvia Bjorklund and June Quadhamer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives and close friends.
