He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Michael Walsh and Francis Marie Walsh (Blasius); his siblings, Vivian Goepfert, Dale Walsh and Butch Walsh; his great grandchild Jacob Gurnsey; his parents-in-law, Boob Toupal and Irene Toupal; and his siblings-in-law, Lenny Toupal and Rose Toupal.
He is survived by: his child Marty; his wife Jan Walsh of Minden; his children, Mike Walsh (Karen) of Garden Plain, KS, Jordyn, Cale, Brayden, Allison, Missy Korth (Ed) of Schuyler, NE, Brandon, Garrett, Brittney, Haylee, Mindy Walsh of Minden, NE and Macy; his siblings-in-law, Pat Walsh of Sioux City, IA, Huck Toupal of Desert Air, WA and Sharon Mosher (Kent) of Salem, OR; and his close friends, Aaron Stec and Nate Bishop.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (624 N Garber Ave, Minden, NE 68959). A rosary was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the St John the Baptist Catholic Church (624 N Garber Ave, Minden, NE 68959). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Open House (521 N Colorado Ave, Minden, NE 68959).
