He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin D. Hume and Inez I. Roland; and his sister Sharon Gillette. He is survived by : his daughter Melissa Alaine (Nate) of Loxahatchee, FL; his wife Kim Roland of Minden, NE; his daughter Emily Laydon (Joseph) of Minden, NE; his grandchildren, Katherine Nelson, Aislynn Kauffman, Rylan Kauffman, Hayden Kauffman, Sharon Gamblin, Jacob Gamblin and Savannah Roland; his great grandchild Iris Mitchell; his grandchildren, Alec Held, Kaitlyn Held, Griffin Held, Joey Laydon and Chandler Laydon; his great grandchildren, Bailey Held, Joey Held and Parker Laydon; and his sister Kaye Cunningham of Ponca City, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
