He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian "Snowy" M. Maxon and Elly Maxon; his son Blake Maxon; his brother-in-law Lon Mills; his niece Ann Mills; and his nephew John Maxon.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Delaine (Edwards) of Minden; his son Brandon (Ege Maxon) of Minden; his stepchildren, Devon, Danae and Dane; his siblings, Howard (Colleen Maxon) of Minden and Kelly Mills of Minden; his niece Brooke (Joe Lundeen); and his nephews, Paul Maxon, Luke Maxon and Spencer Mills. He is also survived by relatives and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Craig Funeral Home (336 N Nebraska Ave, Minden, NE 68959). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bethany Lutheran Church (437 E 4th St, Minden, NE 68959).
