He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Luff and Bette I. Luff (Hartford); and his sister Coral Lea Jacobsen. He is survived by: his wife Debra Kay Tournor of John's Lutheran Church; his children, Brian Luff (Lynn Reed), Brad Luff, Brent Luff (Kristine) and Brenda Luff (Chad Plumb); his grandchildren, Bre Ann, Brylea, Jacob, Jordan, Jason, Alicia, Amber, Sarah, Stephanie, Dominic and Dmitry; his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Libby and Kendrix; his siblings, Mike Luff (Michelle) and Bunny Chaney (Greg); and his brother-in-law Jeff Jacobsen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives and close friends.
