William K. Wommer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William K. Wommer of Minden, Nebraska, who passed away on December 1, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Wommer and LeeIsla Wommer; his sister Anna Wehnes (Wommer); his grandparents, Emil, Clara Bremer (Becker), Edward and Carrie Wommer (Hawkinson); and his aunts and uncles, Donald, Jean Wommer, Quintin, Edna Brumbaugh, Irvin and Elaine Haws.
He is survived by: his daughter Alexis Wommer; his grandson Paxton of Gaylord, Kansas; his sister Esther; his brothers-in-law, Wayne Reimers of Boelus and Ruben Wehnes of Inland; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Heath Cutler of Omaha, John and Alyssa Kahle of Minden; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rylan, Liliana, Katherine, Keegan, Scarlett and Evelyn; his aunts and uncles, Clarice, Darrel Bailey of Lincoln, Bernard and Mary Bremer of Hastings; and his cousins, Karianne Wyse (Gene), Mary Nuss, Jim Haws, Kirk Brumbaugh (Kristen), Kim Sharples (Wayne), Kristine Stohs (Gary), Skip Bremer (Kathy), Doraine Bailey (Robert Tincher) and Denise Arrigo (Ron). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Willie's honor are kindly suggested to the family for future designation.
