He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlene Knopik (Miller) and Lawrence "Groby" Knopik of Fullerton, Nebraska.. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Knopik; his son Cameron Knopik (Connie); his granddaughters, Bristol and Novah; his son Trevor Knopik (Kendra); his granddaughter Meeka; and his siblings, Karla Stutzman (Kevin), Gwen Zaruba (Charlie), Roxy Umstead (David) and Mark Knopik (Debbie). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
