He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sylvester and Katie Edna Fouts (Lewis); his wife Vonnie Eujean Kincheloe; his siblings, Daisy Olson (Aaron) of Alma, Nebraska, Byron "Bud" Fouts (Leora) of Phillipsburg, Kansas, Donald "Bob" Fouts (Lee) of Coopersville, Michigan and Doris Yost (Bob) of Alma; his grandchildren, Krystal Duren, Daniel Duren and John Duren; his great grandchild Lorelei Duren; his nieces, Dianna "DeeDee" Terhune and Sherry Yost; his sister-in-law Olivia "Fern" (James Hollingshad); and his nephew-in-law Loren Krase.
He is survived by: his daughters, Meshella "Shella" Nottoli of Naponee and Jo Fouts of Sandwich, Illinois; his grandsons, Steven Duren (Ashley) of Alma and Chris Nottoli of Barling, Arkansas; his nieces and nephews, Terry Malcom (Carol), Judy Krase, Jim Fouts (Wanda), Cindy Fouts-Frohlke, Greg Yost and Meredith Baker (Ted); and his niece-in-law Michele Krause (Max). He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established in John's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
