She was predeceased by: her parents, George Oliver and Veola Marie Forker (Fitzgerald); her son Randy LeRoy; her husband Dick Sudman; her grandson Jacob Adams; and her siblings, Mildred Morgan (Dave), Pearl "Peggy" Polk, Thelma Boettcher (Ed), Carolyn Forker and Merle Forker (Christine).

She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Renee (Rich) of Brock, NE; her daughter-in-law Robin Sudman of Nemaha, NE; her grandchildren, Shane Sudman of Plattsmouth, NE, Shannon Sudman of Gretna, NE, Shauna Sudman of Nebr and Jayden Adams of Nebr; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Sawyer Sudman, Courtney, Haley Snyder, Kyran, Layla Henley, Treytin Starks, Waylon Sherman, Lauren, Brayden Inman, Riley and Rianna Reiman.

Memorials may be given to First Evangelical Lutheran Church.
