He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Beckman and Lucy Beckman (Loew); his wife Betty; and his sister Mary Alice. He is survived by: his daughters, Patti Vacha (Pat) of Omaha, NE and Diane Denniston (Brent) of Peru, NE; his grandchildren, Gregory Denniston (Sarah) of Surprise, AZ and Rachel Valdez (Michael) of Mesa, AZ; and his great grandchildren, McKenna Denniston, Maverick Denniston and Jameson Valdez.
