He is survived by: his wife DeEtta Jean Williams of Nebraska City; his sons, Cecil Woodruff of New York, Daniel Woodruff of New York and Adam Woodruff of Nebraska City; his grandchildren, Mary, Richard and Koby; and his siblings, Cecil Woodruff of New York, Ernest Woodruff, Jr. of Texas, Ronald Woodruff of California and Mae Hernandez of California.
