He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Campbell and Norma Campbell; his sister Darla Rudolph; his sister-in-law Sharon Campbell; and his nephew Craig Olson.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Campbell; his children, Kristin Olmstead (John Olmstead) and Jeremiah Campbell (Elizabeth Campbell); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Lilliana, Ravyn, Parker, Trinity, Bryleigh, Nate and Cayde; his great grandchildren, Isabella and Greyson; and his siblings, Diane Olson (Pete Olson), Dawn Meyer (Raymond Meyer), Delyte Campbell-Borkowski (Dale Borkowski) and Dennis "A. J." Campbell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other friends and family.
