He was predeceased by: his wife Pattye Fontaine; and his sister Wanda. He is survived by: his brothers, Jessee Allen (Pattye) and Ed (Carol) of Omaha, NE; his sons, Skip (Sandy) of Lincoln, NE and Donald of Omaha, NE; and his stepson David Nachtman (Lea) of Westport, KY. He is also survived by his children and stepchildren gave him 20 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren.
