We are sad to announce that, on October 14, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Mitzi Rae Doan of Nebraska City, Nebraska. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Mitzi may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mitzi touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Doan and Melva Bernice Doan (Jennings); her sisters, Sharon Leachman, Kay Hazlett and Catherine Watson; and her nephew Shawn Burchett.
She is survived by: her sisters, Marva Jean Harrell of Florida, Debora Jones (David Folkman) and Patricia (Rick Cook); and her brother-in-law Richard Watson of Ashland. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
