It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Mae Smith of Nebraska City, Nebraska, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Joseph C. Bedford and Nell A. Bedford (White); her husband Charles Smith of Nebr; her son Bradley Smith of Nebr; her grandchildren, Brandon, Rebecca, Bryce, Alexis, Samantha and Wyatt; her adoptive daughter Kristie McDougald (Babcock); her son Chaz; her siblings, Betty Smith (Gene), Bill Bedford (Barb), Nancy Vallejo (Arn) and Linda Davis (Tom); her son Shane Smith; and her brother Robert Bedford.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Gude Mortuary (403 S 9th St, Nebraska City, NE 68410).
