She is survived by: her children, Terri Vesely (James) of Verdigre, Gina Pavlik (Rod) of Norfolk, Cara Hoffman of Norfolk and Matthew Colwell (Jan) of Niobrara; her son-in-law Steve Kooyers of Redwood Valley, CA; and her grandchildren, Jim Soucek (Latisha), Aaron Kooyers, Kelly Kooyers, Jason Vesely (Angela), Joshua Vesely (Kristin), Jordan Vesely, Ryan Pavlik (Meghan), Katrina Broders (Neil), Paige McElfresh (Matt), Stefanie Dvorak (Shawn), Haley Taylor (DJ), Tyler Hoffman (Allison), Austin Hoffman, Justin Colwell (Rachel) and Ashley Colwell. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
