He was predeceased by: his mother Faye Marie Harper (Parkhurst); his wife Judy Harper; his father James Harper (Faye); and his brother Jerry Harper. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Elizabeth (Eric) of College Station, Charles Jr. Harper (Camille) of Norfolk and Brian Harper (Jennifer) of League City, TX; his grandchildren, Garrett (Lena), Ellie and Maggie McFall; his children, Hailey Hagedorn (Adam), Evan, Chloe, Kendall Harper, Ethan and Carleigh Harper; his great grandchildren, Atlas and Malakia; and his sister Barbara Parks (John) of Clovis, CA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and Rusty (his four-legged constant companion for 16 years.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Brownville Village Theatre in Brownville, NE or the Norfolk Community Theatre in Norfolk.
