Cynthia Lichliter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2025, at the age of 70, Cynthia Lichliter of Norfolk, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Edward and Frances Ella Wagner (Schultz); and her brother Dennis Wagner. She is survived by: her husband Randy Lichliter; her sons, Anthony Rathgeber (Melissa Ward) of Lincoln, NE and Zachary Lichliter (Bethany) of Cape Girardeau, MO; her grandchildren, Kenadie, Elijah and Savannah; her siblings, Becky Allvin (Howard) of Kearney, NE and Larry Wagner (Helen) of Roseburg, OR; and her siblings' children, Alicia Allvin of Kearney, NE, Heather Wick of Elm Creek, NE, Andrew Allvin of Gibbon, NE and Jason Wagner of Roseburg, OR..
