He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Plugge and Bernice Plugge of Madison. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Novotny of Norfolk, NE; his daughters, Mishelle Fields (Jeff) of Lincoln, NE and Kelly Smith (Brett) of Lakeville, MN.; his grandchildren, Briar Smith of Denver, CO, Keegan Smith (Tegan) of Manhattan, KS, Kelsey Fields of Lincoln, NE and Kaden Fields of Madison, SD; his siblings, Sharon Prauner of Battle Creek, NE., Janice Prauner of Battle Creek, NE. and Otis; and his parents-in-law, Donald and MaryAnn Novotny.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Stanton Health Center, Heritage at Fountain Point Memory Care, or St. Croix Hospice.
