He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudy Heithoff and Theresa Heithoff (Venteicher); his former wife Myra Heithoff; his siblings, Larry Heithoff, LuVerna Jochum and Delores Pelster; and his siblings-in-law, Toby Jochum, Joe Pelster and Vera Heithoff.
He is survived by: his wife Avis Heithoff (Studnicka) of Norfolk, NE; his children, Lorinda Milburn (Larry) of Albion, NE, Beverly Motier (Ralph) of St. Mary's, GA, David Heithoff (Karla) of Columbus, NE, JoLynn Horner of Lincoln, NE, Brian Heithoff (Lisa) of Columbus, NE and Rick Heithoff of Lincoln, NE; his stepchildren, Joseph Yosten of Lincoln, NE, Cynthia Baum of Lincoln, NE, Cathy Thompson (Rick) of Battle Creek, NE and Jeffrey Yosten (Lisa) of Norfolk, NE; and his brother Harold Heithoff of Elgin, NE. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
