He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Louise Kruger; his parents, Elmer and Laura; his brother Ray; his grandparents, Sherman, Alice Maulding, Daniel and Ellen Filsinger; his parents-in-law, William, Sr. and Flora Kruger; and his siblings-in-law, Bill, Alys Kruger, Benny, Ruth Prater, Robert Kruger and Carol Timm.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marcy (Jeffrey Bakewell) and Becky (Gene Walter); his grandchildren, Jared, Leigh Bakewell, Jason, Christina Bakewell, Nathan, Geanne Walter, Annie Walter, Katelyn, Mathew Hinton and Meghan Walter; his great grandchildren, Liv Bakewell, Elle Bakewell, Ava Walter, Zoë Walter and Baby Hinton (Katelyn); his sister-in-law Marlene Maulding; his nieces and nephews, Steven, Lorene Maulding, Mark, Deb Maulding and Jayne Maulding; his siblings-in-law, John and Dorothea Kruger; and his former wife Betty Kirchner-Maulding (Tinsley). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
