He is survived by: his wife Jana Osadchy; his children, Trista Boling (Chad), Erick Rub (Taylor) and Laurel Schimelfening (Adam); his grandchildren, Jude, Cora Boling, Aiden, Eleanor, Ethan Rub, Ciaran and Declan Schimelfening; and his sisters, Gaylene Kudrna (Perry), Charlotte Friedt (Joel) and Dayna Bitz (Ryan).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the Jeff Rub Memorial Fund.
