She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tappe and Alma Tappe (Lueken); her former husband Richard Mansfield; her husband Elwood Petersen; her siblings, Loretta Ludemann, Harold Tappe, Ron Tappe and Don Tappe; and her grandchildren, Emilia Puls-Mansfield and Jake Mansfield.
She is survived by: her brothers, Duane Tappe (Diana) and Melvin Tappe (Terri); her sons, Richard Mansfield, Gerald Mansfield (Janet), Michael Mansfield and William Mansfield; and her grandchildren, Jenny Mansfield, Randy Mansfield, Nicole Laughlin (Logan), Summer Puls-Mansfield and Zachary Mansfield (Kelly). She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
