She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin Todd and Katherine Marie Rissey; and her sister Carol Tillman. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Isaac Todd (Angel), Matthew Norton, Katie Norton (James) and Shelly Norton (Desmond Tennors); and her stepdaughter Angie Rexius. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
