She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Marple and Mable Marple; her husband Stanley Gene Swanson; and her siblings, Richard Marple, Audrey Marple and Dale Marple.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Ortiz of North Carolina, Cynthia, George Connolly of Denver, Cathlyn D. Kluender of Norfolk and Rick Kluender of Norfolk. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
