With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen A. Indra of Norfolk, Nebraska, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on April 7, 2024 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Karen A. Indra to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Thompson and Lucille Thompson (Tobin); her parents-in-law, Arthur, Sr. and Agnes "Peg" Indra; and her brothers-in-law, Ed, Arthur Indra, Jr. and Dennis Indra.

She is survived by : her husband Donald of Norfolk; her daughter Beth Ann Johnson (Brett); her grandchildren, Zach of Wasilla, Alaska and Gabby of Wasilla, Alaska; and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Indra of Norfolk and Roseann Indra of Norfolk. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church - Norfolk (2300 Madison Ave, Norfolk, NE 68701). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery (1950 N 13th St, Norfolk, NE 68701).
