She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Richert and Edna Richert (Heitmann, family: Gresham); her spouse Dale Kesting; her sister Mona Podliska; and her brother-in-law Dennis Podliska.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Kesting (Deb), Bradley Kesting (Shelly) and Keith Kesting (Joy Phornchai). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in Jean's name to Christ Lutheran Schools.
