It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona C. Kasik of Norfolk, Nebraska, born in West Point, Nebraska, who passed away on June 2, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Goebel and Margreth Goebel (Elmer); her siblings, William (Marge), Alphonse (Alvina), Martin (Diana) and Rosita; and her brother-in-law Orion Schulzkump.
She is survived by: her children, Les Wulf (Barb) of Blunt, SD and Sandy Pakan of Norfolk; and her sister Louise Schulzkump of Lincoln. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great- grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
