We announce the death of Marilyn Labenz of Norfolk, Nebraska, who passed away on August 26, 2026, at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her father Fred Drawbaugh; her husband Paul Labenz; her mother Georgia Drawbaugh Brothers Earl (Sandusky); her siblings, Donna Schrieber (Marvin) and Carroll Drawbaugh; and her sister-in-law Jeanette Drawbaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Kurt Labenz (Sharon) of Omaha, Keith Labenz (Janelle) of Norfolk and Karen Premer (Dustin) of Kearney; her brother Galen Drawbaugh of Warsaw, IN; and her sister-in-law Pat Drawbaugh. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren 3 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Francis Catholic Church (203 S 5th St, Humphrey, NE 68642). A vigil service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
