It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin Pfeifer of Norfolk, Nebraska, born in Madison, Nebraska, who passed away on September 18, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard B. Pfeifer and Magdalen Pfeifer (Beller); his grandchildren, Derek, Nicole and Brian; his children-in-law, Sharon Pfeifer, Peggy Pfeifer and Jim Wisby; his siblings, David Pfeifer (Mardy), Richard Pfeifer and Jane King; his parents-in-law, John and Elizabeth Fischer; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Pfeifer, Ella Mae Fischer, Arline Mather and Lawrence Fischer (Verda).
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Fischer; his children, Bill Pfeifer (Kathy) of Madison, Mark Pfeifer (Melissa) of Madison, John Pfeifer of Mt. Juliet, TN, Jim Pfeifer (Kim) of Clarkson, Monica Wisby of Norfolk, Chris Pfeifer (Veronica) of Howells, Tom Pfeifer (Lori) of Madison and Jeff Pfeifer (Lori) of Clarkson; his siblings, Jack Pfeifer of Omaha, Donna Christensen (Larry) of Kearney, Rita Lichtenfeld (Michael) of Columbus, Judy Arlt (Bob) of Plainview, Terry Pfeifer (Jane) of Madison, Jerry Pfeifer (Marilee), Tim Pfeifer (Sue) of Grand Island and Allen Pfeifer (Janet) of Madison; and his siblings-in-law, Leona Pfeifer of Norfolk and Tom King of Newman Grove. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
