He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hupp and Rose Hupp; and his brothers, Joe Hupp, Jr. and Nick Hupp. He is survived by: his wife Pat Tomes of Norfolk; his children, Scott Hupp (Cynthia) of Louisburg, Stephanie Hupp of Lincoln, Mark Hupp (Dawn) of Lafayette and Becky Borges (Richie) of Thornton, Colorado; his grandchildren, Luke, Ben, Andy, Emily and Richie Jr.; and his sisters, Jeanette Hupp of Norfolk and Barbara Holan (Dewey) of Battle Creek.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Nick Hupp Memorial Scholarship at Northeast Community College, Eldorado Hills Golf Course Foundation, or Norfolk Catholic Schools Foundation in Bob's honor.
